ERS Envenix Rating System
Computer network structure allows unlimited user growth by adding new segments
Open-connectivity based applications and databases allow for complete customization for reports, special requests, new projects and forthcoming technology
EDS Envenix Document Storage (Spring 2003)
Efficient document storage and retrieval from database application
Different document types can be uploaded and associated with records to facilitate document association that corresponds to the way employees work; an enrollment form can be directly attached to a plan participants enrollment record and viewed from any screen (if security and user role allows)
Use of database indexing provides instant retrieval of documents, regardless of number of documents stored. Most systems use file system structures to store documents in a directory/folder type of environment which slows down the process tremendously as the volume grows
Documents that can be stored include Microsoft Office files (such as Excel, Word, etc), tiff files, PDF documents, and others; all are stored inside the database via the application
EMS Envenix Management Source (Spring 2003)
Executive information system for trends analysis, ad-hoc queries, and other reports for decision making
